Mr. Palmer holds a Bachelor of Administration degree from Vanderbilt University, and attended the Owen Graduate School of Management. He is a licensed Tennessee real estate broker and registered representative of the National Association of Security Dealers and Securities Exchange Commission. Although Mr. Palmer is President of the company, his hands-on approach to management assures that his expertise is available to every project, regardless of size.
